Legal Structure

1. While DCF_microshares was founded as early as March 2022, it is operational on the SOLANA blockchain and is being operated by a trustee for now, which is the initial founder (Team).

2. The legal basis we will be operating on in the future was not decided yet.

3. For now we are something between a founder-led group buy of DCF, maybe something like a community-owned fan club.
