Idea & Background

Initially, the goal only was to buy more DCF/DFC from our creator fees, but soon after our mint, our community of holders voted for buying more DCF/DFC NFTs also with 100% our DCF/DFC rev share instead of starting to distribute the SOL to our holders.

To align the team and holders interests and motivation, the time has come to vote on further rev share ratio for our holders.

Proposal & Options

Please vote on the total amount of Degen Fat Cat NFTs to accumulate over the time:

• sweep mode (0% rev share payouts until goal was reached)

• bull mode (starting at 25% rev share payouts, increasing*)

• medium mode (starting at 33% rev share payouts, increasing*)

• bear mode (starting at 50% rev share payouts, increasing*)

• stop mode (switch to 100% rev share payout, stop buying DFC)

*the rev share to be paid out will increase on accumulation milestones reached by our project. the exact milestones (e.g. owning 555 DFCs, 1110 DFCs, 5550 DFCs) will be depending on the total accumulation goal our holders decide on by Vote #04.

Conditions

• Default/Fallback option is medium mode

• There is no minimum participation rate and the simple majority will win the vote

• You will need your DCF_microshares NFTs to participate in the voting process
