Idea & Background

Originally, the plan had been to accumulate DCF/DFC NFTs only by our creators fee. Therefore, we decided to go with exhausting 20% creators fee. While 5% (read: 25% of 20%) were going to the team, 15% (read: 75% of 20%) had been planned to be used on accumulating more DCF/DFC.

And, we did!

As stated already in Vote #07, the creators fee isn't something we can rely on anymore, given services came up trying to circumvent the on-chain set creators fee.

To align the team and holders interests and motivation, the time has come to change our creators fee to a more reasonable percentage, maybe.

Proposal & Options

Please vote on the new creator fee to be set:

• 4.2%

• 5%

• 6.9%

• 13.37%

• stay 20%

The usage of the creators fee will stay the same. This means, the first 5% will go to team budget for efforts and expenses. Everything on top will be used for accumulating more DCF/DFC NFTs, forever.

Conditions

• Default option is 20% because this is the fee initially set even before minting

• There is no minimum participation rate and the simple majority will win the vote

• You will need your DCF_microshares NFTs to participate in the process
