✔️Vote #07, budget for M+T

Idea & Background

Initially, the goal was to pay the team efforts and marketing expenses by our royalties / creators fee. But as you all might know, we're not able rely on that anymore, mainly due to the evolution of the web3 space (oh Yawww Nawww), but also because of our diamond to mithril handed holders, not listing for sale, at all.

Of course, you might (should) want to know, what we will do with these funds. For the moment, let me stay short on this just by giving you two examples:

1. In the future, we will do marketing, and we will have utilities, but it's not 100% safe, which ones that will be. Maybe a lottery with jackpot. Maybe raffles. Maybe predictions. For all of that we would need liquidity to create the utility as well as to fund prizes.

2. In the past, I paid with personal funds for everything required to kick off the project, e.g. bought some stuff like the Matrica Pixels NFTs and subscribed to services (e.g. Discord Backup Solution, Hosting solution for our website, RPC solution for dashboard). Given the fact we're here to stay, we need a proper solution to pay the recurring expenses from project funds.

All of this is and will be ever be depending on the liquidity we have ready for this. As no budget means no liquidity means no opportunity, let's go back to the roots and change this.

To align the team and holders interests and motivation, the time has come to implement a new procedure on how to handle marketing and team budgets.

Proposal & Options

Please vote on the total % of DCF/DFC rev share to use for project-related efforts/expenses:

• minimal mode 5%

• bear mode 10%

• medium mode 15%

• bull mode 20%

The above stated % of our total rev share will be used 50/50 for marketing and team budget. The % voted for will be deducted from the total rev share payouts.

Conditions

• Default option is 10%, but really think 15% should be the way to go

• There is no minimum participation rate and the simple majority will win the vote

• You will need your DCF_microshares NFTs to participate in the voting process
